Made to order items can take up to 8 weeks to make before shipping. Please keep an eye on your emails throughout this time because I sometimes need some clarification on measurements etc.

We ship worldwide from the UK, any customs charges incurred from shipping overseas is the customers responsibility.

All items shipped to the UK are sent:

• 48 hour tracked, orders under £100.
• 48 hour tracked and signed, orders over £100 up to £200.
• Special Delivery insured, over £200.

Items shipped overseas:

• Tracked and insured, orders up to £150.
• Tracked, signed and insured for anything over £150.

For sizing advice I am always happy to help to the best of my ability, just drop me a message! We also have a SIZING page with lots of info on how to measure etc.

However, I can't 100% assure that this will be perfect for you as everyone's bodies vary greatly and everyone is sensitive to clothes in different ways. If you have particular worries or requirements of clothes, such as looser around your hips or smaller/larger waist measurements, please mention this in a email to me before ordering!

I don't except returns on custom items. Unless it is through a fault of my own, i.e the wrong item sent or wrong colour etc.

Ready to ship items are returnable if they havent been altered in any way, i.e hemmed to a custom length.
